It's essential to adhere to your selected plan and cover any additional taxes required for accessing the course or plan. We offer users a range of payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, EMI payments, wallet payments, online bank transfers, PayPal, GooglePay, PhonePe, Paytm, and more. Please be aware that third-party payment gateways handle these transactions, and our team isn't the sole administrator. The platform specifies multiple terms that users are obliged to follow.

A payment gateway facilitates transactions involving credit cards, debit cards, master cards, net banking, online bank transfers, and other means. Users and their respective banks comply with the agreed-upon terms and policies. However, we cannot assume responsibility for transactional fraud. Refunds aren't available. Once you agree to our terms and conditions, the process initiates, and your classes are assigned. This procedure may encompass communication such as calls and emails to collect your feedback. Class scheduling is finalized following demo sessions or when you are satisfied with the competence of our tutors and the quality of their services. If a class is missed due to teacher unavailability or similar reasons, we will arrange an alternative class for you within the same time frame.

Each of our online language courses includes an initial demo class. Refunds will not be issued if a student participates in two classes, which includes the trial class. Instead of refunds, the remaining amount can be adjusted for other classes. To proceed, applicants are required to submit their details, receipts, and registration number via email.
